WADI Employment Application

How long does my application stay on file?

All employment applications remain active for one year after date of application. If you become interested in a position and have an application already on file, you may call the Human Resources Department at (618) 963-2387 ext. 8008 to ask to be considered for that position.  
How can I find out if you have a job opening?
We post all of our job openings on this website. In addition, all WADI job openings are posted on www.ides.illinois.gov. If you register on that site it will send you an email to notify you that you have been matched to a job. You might also check the local newspapers help wanted sections.
 
What are you looking for in an employee?
We want employees who are dedicated to helping people change their lives for the better. It’s important for them to be flexible, honest, reliable, kind and understand ones commitment to employment. People of all ages, genders, races, religions, and disabilities are encouraged to apply.
